Help with case fan question please

Your PSU should have molex power cables.... So you just plug them into that.

Now i jest realized that one of my PSU cables for the molex fan has what looks like a Motherboard fan header on it so would i plug it only in the motherboard or the PSU too?

The PSU def does not have a fan header plug... 

 

It may be a floppy power plug or something?
