Copy Internal storage from a bootloop

I was fiddling around with smallest width in developer options and when i punched in '1440' and the phone get's into a bootloop

Phone : Redmi note 8

It's now in the mi-recovery 3.0 and looping there again and again...I did try Mi pc suite,but It dosen't detect the device

 

Is there a way where i can get a copy of my Internal storage and wipe the phone storage or somehow reset developer options from a pc.

If you had your bootloader unlocked maybe. If not nope.
