Is there a motherboard with 2 argb fan headers at a $100-$150 price?

ArcX

Hi, I've been planning my PC build and I've been stuck on an issue. I've wanted RGB in my PC, but there are 2 issues: price, and proprietary parts. Going for Corsair RGB fans was obviously too expensive for my $1500 budget, so I wanted to find cheaper options. My plan is to have 5 fans and 1 240mm AIO, 3 fans in the front, 1 in the back, and 1 on the top with the watercooler.

While browsing through amazon, I've found these ARGB fans for around $50 and is good enough for me:

This will be my AIO

If I went full Corsair, the amount of money would add up to about $300. On the other hand, if I add the 2 products up there, it would only be about $170.

The problem is, the controller for the ARGB fans are proprietary, which means only the fans for that brand will work for it, and the fans will only work with that controller. I don't know if Corsair's AIO or its controller are also proprietary. So, what should I do: A; I find some other ARGB fans in the event that Corsair's products aren't proprietary, or B; I would find a motherboard with 2 ARGB headers around the $100-$150 price range if possible?

Thank you.
