Need recommendation on mouse pad + mouse for gaming (FPS)

My hand length is almost 20cm (like 19.8)

What are some good gaming mice + pads?

 

Budget: Not too much and soon it's Black Friday so I can't really tell (a 100$ mouse may cost 50$ next week), but not too expensive

 

*I didn't use a mouse pad for a long time because I remember that once I used it and I had an issue where the cursor moves away when the mouse goes back to the pad - do you know what I'm talking about? was it a mouse problem or the pad?)

 

Ever since I just used the mouse on the table (white painted wood)

both of these are large mousepads that are meant to go under your keyboard, you could also select the smaller options

Since the Gpro X is releasing soon, the GPro may be reduced in price. Just keep that in mind
