I received a prebuilt pc from Ibuypower. The front audio connection seems to be mixed up. Headphone is working on the microphone connection  on front panel. I tried looking for a wrong connection on the motherboard but its a

large plug with all the connections together instead of individuals it cant be changed at all. Is there anyway to swap those connections in bios?

There is (probably) no issue here. You can swap mic and headphone jacks in front in Realtek audio if you have software installed. This software can even detect that you connected new device and asks you what is that - microphone or headphones. So - you can plug headphones in mic jack and it will work, because it's designed that way.

If you cannot choose - install Realtek drivers with softwae and you'll be able to switch it.
