Radiator Position

One question, this is my first time that I use an AIO system, and I want to know If the position of the radiator matters, I mean with the tubes at the bottom of the radiator touching the GPU or on the top of the radiator.

My AIO is a TUF LC 120RGB.

Bottom is preferred, so yes, that is a good config :)
