PC Blue Screening when playing games after NVME drive install

Machines is:

Ryzen 5 3600

MSI B450 Tomahawk Max

16 GB G Skill Ripjaw 3600Mhz

Zotac RTX 2060

Samsung 980 Pro 500GB (C: drive:)

Samsung 860 QVO 1TB (D: drive)

The machine used to have another 1TB 860 pro as the boot drive but i wanted to upgrade to the 980 and just add the extra 860 to be extra storage.

used the Samsung data migration tool to clone and migrate over to the NVME drive.

Looked all good at first but now Bluescreens any time i play a game. it can sit in the game menu for hours and be fine, it can be just used as a workstation and run fine, but if i open a game then it'll crash after about 10 minutes.

Samsung disk magician shows all drives are using the latest firmware

Stop code is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

might help

Thanks for the suggestions!

tried these,
The chkdsk will get to 100% and then sit there indefinitely (tried twice and needed to reboot both times to get out)

Tried removing yellow marked devices from device manager but they came back after reboot

Tried to run the memory check and got the attached error.

That screenshot in devmgmt clearly says you have driver problems in 3 PCI devices, Try updating/rolling back driver.
Hope this helps.
