Hey folks,

so i just installed a PCIe 1x wifi bluetooth combo card, i also plugged it into a usb 2.0 mobo header, because seems to be required too. The wifi function worked out of the box but bluetooth doesnt seem to be detected, there were no drivers included, so i found some intel bluetooth drivers that i installed but restarting the pc a couple of times also didnt help and i also cant find a bluetooth function in the device manager. Can anybody please help me with this?

thanks in advance!

Have you tried the power off and disconnected? I had this issue, where one day my Bluetooth worked and suddenly it stopped, couldn’t turn on, not recognized in the device manager. I did the m this trick and the Bluetooth capability came back.

If your using Windows 10, thats probably why. I noticed that Bluetooth was funky on Windows 10. Funny enough it was more stable on Linux and very stable on MacOS. I had a USB bluetooth adapter and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in to get things working again.

Turning the machine off then back on might fix the issue. You can check the devices manufacture website to see if they have new drivers, that could work.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
