New M.2 Drive

I have a 250G M.2 that uses SATA. I need more storage and was thinking about getting a 2TB NVMe M.2 drive but I didn't know if I could run both drives at the same time. Can anyone help?

ram; 2x G gkill 8GB @2133mHz

hhd: 1TB wd10ezex-75wn4a0

M.2: crucial ct250mx500ssd4 m.2

gpu: asus gtx 1070
