not Performing as normal

after i wiped my pc because of a virus my games have been performing worse then before does anyone know why this is happenening and how to fix it?

Possibly some driver issues from windows update. I would wipe again and install everything myself with windows not connected to the internet and with automatic driver installation disabled. Did you install anything yourself if not could be chipset driver issue?
