Sound problem

I recently bought a headphone splitter and it works fine except the the people I call on discord or the people I’m in game chat with can hear my game or video volume how do I fix this

is your audio port a input/output or do you have dedicated input and output sound jacks?

It’s split in front io into microphone and headphones

Try right clicking the sound icon  on the bottom right system tray, click on sounds, click on playback, then try right clicking and disabling every device that you are not using. Do the same thing for the recording tab. See if that does anything.
