low fps with good pc

hello,

i experience low fps like 80 in overwatch or 60 in bf1 and assassins creed valhalla( all highest settings). But that doesnt really match my rig. I have a 99% gpu usage and 20-30% cpu usage when i get these low fps. gpu driver is updated.

specs: 

rtx 2070 super

ryzen 7 3700x

corsair vengence pro rgb 3200 Mhz

evga 750W gold

b450 steel legend

Seems about normal. Depeding on the game.

 

try to updsate bios and chipset drivers (bios first then chipset)

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
