The first question would be if your computer actually detects the Bluetooth hardware. What Bluetooth adapter do you have? PCI(e)? USB? Which one? Maybe try re-installing it physically.

It's built into my motherboard

That's good to know, and what motherboard is it? Because there also might be differences. But you also forgot to answer the one important question: Does it even show up in the Device Manager?

Nope doesn't show up at all, even under hidden devices. I have an MSI B550 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

As my first post, I can confirm this issue has happened to me. How I solved it was completely disconnecting my computer from a power source, and flipping the power switch off. Wait a few minutes, plug in, power on and turn on computer. Your Bluetooth should be available in your settings and you are able to turn on and off again. Let me know how this goes. Additional, update drivers. There is a Bluetooth driver update recently.

I installed the new driver but it still does not show under my drivers. I get no errors as well. I'll try the power thing you mentioned when I get home.

No worries my guy! I scoured the internet for this issue, I thought I had a virus. Oddly enough, my answer was found on some random reddit page years old. Cheers!!
