GPU in a server?

Hey all, so I have a HP Proliant DL360 G6 and a Dell Poweredge 1950, both only have VGA output, I attempted to use a HDMI KVM switch and get VGA to HDMI cables but no output was shown, now I am trying to find if any low power GPU with HDMI is compatible with either or both of those servers.

do they hvae ipmi on the systems? those seems like. much better solution here.

What dpters, you need active adapters.

Id just get. vg monitor.

Also those servers hve to use the vga output as the primary gpu. The second gpu will only be used once the driver in the os is loaded.

While something like a g710 (the older one) would work, you're probably better off just getting a vga monitor or making sure you have an adapter which does vga to hdmi, as active adapters (which for vga to hdmi are) only work in a single direction

Since I don’t actually have the space for another monitor in my apartment I’m going to try the 710 and see if it works. And if not I’ll try the cables

try the impi first.

I hve a 2950(same thing as the 1950, but 2u), and gpus won't do anything until drivers load. Id get the correct adapter or setup impi.

See specs below, currently using a low power GPU in my proliant.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
