Hdmi problems

Basicly whats happening is that the hdmi dosent want to work unless i turn on my monitor first or when the pc is already booted up i have to turn on the monitor before i connect the hdmi port but the displayport works fine without any problems and the problem started when i updated the graphics drivers when i use rollback it works fine
