I recently setup a new unraid server, with all new drives. I have an old server also running unraid and 4 drives with data on. i have these drives plugged into the new server as unassigned drives and they show up in the folder /mnt/disks/ST20000VN etc etc etc etc.

My shares are: /mnt/user/Share Name etc.

I want to move the files between drives but making a rootshare for eg. /mnt it is limited to 3.79GB so whenever I attempt to move files it says "you need x amount of more space to move that" http://olipeirson.com/i/ugdx5c5b.png

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks.

It looks like that root share is the boot usb drive or some other partition. /mnt/ isn't mounted anywhere, so its just the boot drive size.

are any of your drives in the pool?

Id add one drive into the pool, then copy the data into the normal pool, then add the second drive to the pool and so on.

Or restore your backups, and put all drives into the pool, if this is your only copy fo the data, id get a external hdd and run a backup.
