Dual channel memory tip

Hello, I have laptop HP G7 455 which has single 16GB 3200MHz CL22 memory and I would like to put another stick in it, as I am constantly running out of memory at work.

 

The included RAM stick with this laptop is this one: MTA16ATF2G64HZ-3G2J1

 

Can I achieve dual-channel, if I put in another random 3200MHz CL22 stick in, such as this one https://uk.transcend-info.com/Products/Item.aspx?PN=JM3200HSE-16G

 

Or do I have to buy two new identical sticks ?
