Business Idea: Corporate Team Building using video games!

Actual_Criminal
I was just watching some Dragons Den pitch about some guys who play the drums and are using it to develop a Corporate Team Building business. I was surprised at the revenue considering many other 'team building' businesses out there and the fact they had no protectible USP and their only unique aspect of the business was the drums/music side to build teams rather than other exercises.

These guys have basically turned what they loved into a business.

Then it got me thinking, mainly due to the recent success of the game called Among US. Think of the type communication skills involved that are required in order for you to win.

Among Us
-Could be used to develop sales teams. Improving your ability to convince others why you are/aren't the killer.
-Highlights the importance of clear communication and what could happen if something goes wrong or lack of attention to detail.

People would talk over Discord (or possibly without at a distance) using headsets and at the end of a gaming session of 30-60mins, morals or principles can be built into the session. It would run over the course of 1/2 or full day sessions using a variance of games depending on the clients objectives.

I have a few ideas for some other popular games too without spoiling too much. - Think of the Office scene where they were all playing Call of Duty (rip-off) and were having fun.

In terms of the business set-up, all you would need to do is create a business environment with 10-15 mid-tier set-ups and slowly grow and expand the business into a fully fledged events run business. - Once expanded, it could possibly involve a double decker bus like the ones Asus take to Comic Con going to the offices or place of employment.

The costings for the start-up sounds a lot for 15 rigs with all accessories, but don't forget this is a business and a start-up equipment costs of around £10,000 isn't actually that much for me and quite realistic. - Of course this doesn't include other overheads that I would need to consider like office space, advertising and lead generating etc.

Let me first say that obviously this idea won't be targeted at all businesses. It is meant for businesses generally with a younger audience and preferably places like sales call centres or alike where face-to-face communication isn't essential. Obviously 60 year old Doris isn't going to be dropping 360 no-scopes on Call of Duty...

Also, I understand Covid has ruined the events industry and nothing would be viable for the next year or so.

However, as fellow gamers i'm truly interested in everyone's honest opinion from a GAMING point of view.
If you are business savvy and have experience, feel free to provide a BUSINESS point of view too.

(NOTE: This thread is just an idea and is not seeking or asking for any money/funds/investment from any individual. Nor is it advertising any competitor business and is simply just a fun idea.)
