Bluetooth headphone auto increasing volume

Hello my realme buds Wireless is automatically increasing sound when connected and no response from buttons. But when I discharge it and again recharge it the problem goes away and everything works fine until again it happens after few hours. There are no physical damage, other than that everything is working. 

 

Any solutions to this issue?
