GPU Usage 0% on Cold War.

I know Cold War dropped only 5 hours ago but my GPU usage is running at 0%. 
 

I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and an RTX 3080. I was told elsewhere that the 2700x will massively bottleneck but I find it hard to believe. My gpu usage ramps up when playing other games like Destiny 2. Others are posting about their 3080 running 120-140 FPS all maxed and rt on. I run at 50-70 due to 0% gpu usage. I have already tried reinstalling the current drivers and verifying game files. Anything will help.

0% GPU usage? From Task Manager?
