Hail to you!

I have a TV, and pretty outdated and cheap one (16", 1360x768, it was given away). It's connected to a PC (has a Vega 3 Graphics) by HDMI cable (and I know that the issue is not the cable, 'cause I tried a bunch of them to a no effect). So initially there was two problems: it's stuck at 640x480 and there's no video signal during boot and I can't access BIOS settings.

First one was solved by using Custom Resolution Utility (here), but the second persists.

Win 7 has no such problems, while Win 10 surely doesn't want to identify this TV. I know that because I've had similar issue when connecting it to a laptop.

And one more thing, there's no sound and Win 10 identifies TV being connected via DVI-D (Radeon Settings show that).

Is there some kind of workaround?
