Budget (including currency): Cheap as you can get it (US dollars)

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Microsoft flight simulator, Minecraft, 1080p video editing, 4K photo editing, Fortnite, Rocket league.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want monitor mouse keyboard and pc. 1080p 30 for flight sim. 1080p 60 or better for the other titles. I am planning to do custom build it is my first build though. Hope you can help me. Thank you for taking time out of your day.

Just things inside the PC case?

 

$800 is too tight for 4K editing if you want peripherals.

That memory kit seems too good, but at $52 it's no more expensive than the cheapest 2x8gb 3000MHz or more memory kit. Ryzen 2000 series isnt capable of that high frequency so you should still manually select 3000 or 3200MHz after enabling DOCP but the higher frequency could be useful when you upgrade the CPU in the future. Sales ends 9 hrs later though so if you're going to buy it, take it fast.

 

I looked at SATA SSDs since NVMe isnt so necessary, but those that are cheaper are models I dont know about their durability. 

 

I just picked a random mouse that doesnt seem to have obvious flaws. The keyboard is picked based on features it listed with (white backlight and mechanical switch). Neither are based on actual reviews.

A $400 build will get you places, I think this is really great for the money. Swap the RX 570 for a GTX 1650 if you're planning on streaming, NVENC is that much better.

Agreed, but like all low budget builds, this is designed with upgradeablility in mind. First order of business is a mass storage SSD, 250 will get you enough for a few projects anyway and most people have an external drive. Next, another 8GB stick of RAM
