Probably that CPU, because Fx- 8150 was a terrible fail for an 8 core cpu, it didn't really perform any better at all than a same processor clocked at same speed with 4 cores. So, I think that is the best you can upgrade right now. That being said, in most of the games it still wont bottleneck a 770.

Fx-8320 Clocked@ 4.5Ghz, 2 * 4GB Corsair Vengeance Blue, 2 * Gigabyte rev1.0 R9 280x's, 2TB Seagate Drive, Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 rev4.0 mobo, Fractal design Define R4 with SP120 High Performance Edition In the Side Panel, Corsair AX 860i, Corsair K60 Reds, Razor DeathAdder.

I guess your CPU but not by anything worth spending the money for an upgrade over. To be honest, nothing is bottlenecking anything in this current configuration and bottlenecking is something that is blown out of proportion.

If I were you the only upgrade I do would be a ram upgrade to 16gbs or more but that's just me.

Hmm you could upgrade the GPU and mail me that 770 ya know?

As everyone else is saying: if you are to upgrade something it'd be the CPU.   I personally would probably slap a better cooler on it and overclock it rather than buying something new, though without knowing which motherboard you have it's hard to say how successful that'd be.  If you do get a better CPU, you may want to consider intel as the 8350 would be about 15~20% better.

I would just stick with what you have.  I'm only bottlenecked by my FX- 8120 when I try to go over 60 fps in modern games.

First Build:| Gigabyte 990FXa-UD3 | FX 8120 4.0Ghz | Coolermaster Seidon 240M | Asus Radeon HD 7870 | Kingston HyperX 3k 120GB SSD + WD Green 2TB HDD | Corsair RM750 | 8Gb Kingston HyperX 1866Mhz CL9| Fractal Define R4 White/Windowed |

Yeah that board isn't really meant for overclocking (no vrm heatsink among other things).  As others have said, don't upgrade unless you feel you need to, otherwise wait for a good motherboard/processor combo as your next upgrade.
