Input lag in games

i ust recently brought a new rtx2060 6gig graphics card and installed it and the FPS is good but iget massive input lag in games such as Rainbow six siege or COD MW (on keyboard)

 

my specs:

Operating System
    Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
    Intel Core i5 8500 @ 3.00GHz
RAM
    16,0GB Dual-Channel G.skill ()
Motherboard
    ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. TUF H310M-PLUS GAMING (LGA1151)
Graphics
    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (Gigabyte)
Storage
    111GB KINGSTON SUV400S37120G (SATA-2 (SSD)
    931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (SATA )  

 

 

what can the issue be? (i only get input lag on the keyboard)

i use Genesis Thor 300 (blue switch)

and i dont have info about the input lag amount but its like half a sec or quarter of a second
