ddr3 pc3-12800u reverse motherboard search

Hello I have 64gb of ddr3 pc3-12800u. It was given to me and I would like to find some use for it. It is EEC memory according to google. I'm looking for a board but having no luck. I have 64gb. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Could you post a picture of the label? That would help us a lot.

Any DDR3 server motherboard will fully support and utilize this memory.

This is not PC3-12800U, and even worse, is 2Rx4 memory. You'l need a server-grade DDR3 motherboard to run it, which supports "Registered" memory.

That's exactly what it means... See if you have a charity/recycler place nearby that you can buy an old server from, sometimes you can get a deal that way.

Just make sure it isn't X58 based.

I found Supermicro X8DTH-i local for $60. It has duel xeons E5620. Does anyone know if truenas will work with this?
