Has Watch Dogs: Legion Been Fixed?

I enjoyed Watch Dogs 2 and was planning on getting Legion, but after countless reports of the game crashing constantly, performing terribly, and save games being corrupted I've been hesitant to buy it. 

 

Does anyone know if these issues have been fixed yet?

Not yet. Just wait for a sale by that time the game is either fixed or abandoned.
