Problem with new PC parts?

PC specs: AOSUS 570X ELITE MOTHERBOARD, GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER, CPU: RYZEN 7 3700X, 32 GB RAM Problem: Bought new parts, the CPU, RAM and Motherboard, and installed them. After installation, when i turn on the power supply, the pc starts by its own, all fans spinning and and RGB apart from the one on the motherboard works. As well as there's no display and there's no working usb ports on the rear of the motherboard
