Ram xmp boot loop

After I set my ram to the xmp settings in the bios on my asrock b450m steel legend motherboard the voltage of 1.35 is in red font which doesn’t seem good. Not only this but it will boot fine a few times sometimes taking days to actually have an issue but randomly in a startup it will get stuck in a boot loop which later just resets all bios settings. Why is this happening and is there any fix?
