Broken R9 270X GPU

So my brother gave me his old R9. When booted it gives these 2 blueish stripes across the screen. Can't go into Bios and can't go into windows. It does give a signal, fans go on. I cleaned the whole thing, but to no avail. Was thinking about the oven trick, but I don't have one on hands. 

 

Any other things I might try?
