Thunderbolt on AMD platform

hello

iv'e got ryzen 9 3990X and gigabyte x570 aours master

is there any why to use Thunderbolt devices on AMD platform?

i want to connect external sound card and it required Thunderbolt 3 

any suggestion?

Are you sure your external sound card is thunderbolt and not USB-C? If you need a thunderbolt adapter to run a external sound card you might aswell have gone with a internal one :D
