GPU upgrade

I have a pc and I need a new hard drive and graphics card so I can do some gaming

 

I have a budget of about 50$ Canadian 

 

Games I will play:

Team Fortress 2 

Minecraft

GTA V

Garrys Mod

Half Life 2

Black mesa 

And a bunch more than

I don't need ssd yet.I'm looking for graphics card

 

And my pc has

2 Intel Xeons

6Gb ram

Gta V is a game that is optional that I don't need 

 

As long as I can run the other games fine

you are going to have to look on the used market. not sure what used market websites you have in canada. the cheapest new gpu is $53 and is a gt710, which won't help you play games.

I'll check for used ones but people around here don't have gaming pcs

 

Also if I can get at least 30fps on low settings and resolution then I'll be happy

You can get a 750ti, 760, 670 or some other amd cards for about 50-60$ dollars used, these cards will run all those games as long as you set your expectations right.

I just checked and all the used ones I can find are over 100$

You need to increase your budget if a GTX 750 is around that price in Canadian. Decent budget GPU cards are twice or even triple the amount of a GTX 750. And that's not even brand new.
