Hey there guys

Windows Specifications

Edition: Windows 10 Pro

OS Build: 16299.1087

Before this issue occurred I was getting the following error when trying to update to the newest Windows.

Windows 10 Update Error: 0X80070057

This is when I encountered the following.

After doing a bios update it gave me this blue TPM screen.

         (See Attached File)

In the hp forums someone stated a 3 button press of the volume+ and volume- and the power button should get me threw this issue.

"Did not work"

Also in the same forums the suggestion was made to use an off adapter hooked to another keyboard or mouse.

"I have no $ to get them"

Please can anyone help me solve this soon?

Thanks

Well it did work....

Now it is hanging up on the load screen of HP.

Any ideas?

I restarted it and hit the esc ket to bring me into the bios to see if if my update took. Not it is asking for a admin password.

Any ideas

It seems to be asking for the Admin password for the BIOS...

Do you know if there was mention of a Admin password in the documentation, etc, for that laptop?

(Usually there is no password set).
