internet problem

Let me explain my problem... So i have internet speed stable 500mbps when im doing schoolwork. As soon i open any game my internet drops to 10mbps and when i close a game in jumps back to 500mbps. Is there any kind of a setting i accientailly turned on or something?

Are you using the school's internet, or are you at home? In short, we need more details about your ISP and hardware you are using

I am using wired internet connection      here are my internet cards

Ok, disable the wireless and any other adapters not required for network use, connect to a game and see what happens

Oh boy,....

 

disable the wireless, since you say you are on wired.

Also, are you using IP4 or 6? If 6, then disable (or uncheck) the IPv6 option in your wired settings. If IPv6, then turn off the 4.

Also what router and ISP are you usin?
