New Software Ideas

I'm looking for a new project. Tho the question every software developer faces is of course "what do I make?". So here's a thread devoted strictly to ideas. If there's enough activity in the thread, and good ideas that I personally like. I will add a poll to the thread for, per say, the top three ideas. :)

 

P.S. Nothing that already has a significant distribution, I don't want to make a new VLC as there's one already available.

Make something based on what you like and what your hobbies are. I liked electronics and games, so I made a electronics schematic program and I am currently learning OpenGL.

Make a app that alerts you... I have said to much. Need to get started.
