Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I'm new to planning Pcs, I've planned this on PC Parts Picker. I was wondering if it would be better to get a better GPU and downgrade the CPU? I'm also wondering what every ones thoughts are on it too.

good build, but get a better psu, just for safety
