Can't factory reset

First off, sorry if a thread like this already exists, I'm too tired of this to look.

So, my computer ran into an issue where I got a BSOD and whenever my computer starts, it foes to the BIOS screen. When I try to factory reset my computer, nothing seems to work. Unfortunately, I can't include my specs since i can't see them from the bios screen, but my os is windows 10, not sure if 32 or 64 bit. I have an ASUS ROG, not sure what type, again, sorry for a lack of specificity. My brother thinks that the problem might be something inside the computer being out of place because baby rage. That's all I got, I'm really sorry I can't be more specific.
