cause i live in country wich electricity is very expensive

The 1650 super and 5500 XT consume a very similar amount of power, around 100 watts. Newegg sells a cheap $12 watt meter that I bought, I hope you can get something similar.

here is my pc build

1-ryzen 3 3200g

2-corsair vengeance lpx 8gb 3000mhz

3-asrock b450m pro4 motherboard

4-120gb bx500 crucial-200

I want to know wich one of these is the best gpu of these in the video or any gpu in range of 200 dollar.

the gtx 1650 super in the video is 180 us dollar

the rx 580 8gb in the video is 190 us dollar

the rx 5500xt 4gb in the video is 190 us dollar

The performance between these is very, very similar. I recommend the 1650 super because it's the cheapest.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

ok what is the best way to measure my pc power drain

buying a watt meter to plug into your wall, to measure total system power consumption.

but what reason do you need to do that for?
