Issue with turning on.

Hi there people. Recently I tried to change something in BIOS on my Lenovo l340 gaming laptop from 2019 and after that when I tried to turn it on, it doesn't display anything, The keyboard is blue, Works and the fans but the thing is its just black screen. Please Anyone that could give me tips about this?
