you need to update the permissions for viewing on PC part picker, but youre probably better off just buying an old dell prebuilt and smacking in a GPU, 1440p 60fps is rather unachievable buying all new parts at that budget

I am happy with what I have and I am just deciding what part I need to upgrade in it. I don't want to build new.

you could get an rx5700xt right now, and later on get a b550 motherboard and upgrade to a ryzen 5000 cpu
