I was playing a game and then suddenly game crashed/freezed. I have 3 drives 2 ssd where one is bootdrive and one hdd where was the game. I tried task manager but it didnt respond and i did hard reset. When it booted up, the hdd was missing. I did normal computer reset and the drive came back but was 100% usage. Then i did another reset and then computer started do to fixing(G:) stage 1... I waited few hours and it booted to windows but when i opened some folders on hdd the usage was still 100%. Next day when i started the computer, it happand again :fixing (G:) stange...

Is hdd going out or is it some software issue?

Yep, sounds like failing drive. Try disconnecting it and seeing if things run normally then.
