New PC user, please help!

I recently built a pc and it runs GTA5 perfectly fine but when I try to play games such as Valorant or CS:GO my FPS drop to a ridiculously low amount and eventually I get the BSOD.

I've recently found that my CPU and GPU are throttling themselves but I'm new to the PC life so I need as much help as I can get here. Thanks in advance.

Something's definitely not right with the PKG power at 9.6 W and PL1 limiting.

 

Try resetting the BIOS/UEFI, and/or bringing it up to date.
