Problemas with temperature with Threadripper 2990wx (32c/64t)

Hello guys! First time posting here so be kind!
 

I've been having problems with a Threadripper 2990wx, the temperatures seem to skyrocket up to 68C and stay there the whole time the processor is under full load.
I suspect (heavily) that my Threadripper is thermal throttling because I have it working side by side with a Core i9 9900k and the latter manages to practically destroy the former in render times (I utilize vray in my workflow)

Any ideas? I'm open to anything, been meaning to upgrade the TR4 build.

 

CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX

GPU: Nvidia Quadro K200D

Mobo: ROG Strix X399-E Gaming

RAM: 96GB (lots of differents sticks)

Cooler: Corsair H110i (280 mm)
