Alright let me explain the situation as best as I can.

I was in the middle of playing Watch Dogs: Legion. The game is installed on the same storage device as the OS. After the game froze on a loading screen, I forgot to try to use Task Manager before possibly force shutting down, but it would've been impossible anyway since the game can't take commands well. So, I force shutdown the PC and then try to start it back up. It now says that it does not recognize that it has an OS installed. So, I'm thinking that the game has corrupted my SSD. I try to get Windows installed on the same flash drive I used to install it before, and now with the flash drive in the PC, it doesn't even go to the start screen, in fact, there's what would look like some glitchy, static lines on the bottom quarter of my screen). So, again thinking the SSD is probably corrupted, I went out and bought another, different one. It has the same problem even though nothing is installed on it, and the flash drive is in the PC. I'm starting to think that if it's not the SSD, that it could be the motherboard. Can anyone tell me what this sounds like?
