Need help with PC build

If you can go with a cheaper Case and save some bucks off there.

I'd wait until the Ryzen 5000 series and new GPUs (both RTX 3000 and AMD 6000 series) are more readily available. You will get much more bang for your buck.

I think it wouldn't fit in my budget and anyways before I build I need to sell my old computer.

Still worth waiting because the AMD cards seem really affordable, and the launch will lower the prices of current cards.

Ok and also would Nvidia be better for editing because the 1660 is $20 more.
