Thermal Throtting/Low FPS/FPS drops

As towards how to apply: you just

 

1. remove the cooler
2. Clean CPU and cooler
3. Put a small dot on the CPU (Spread it across the heatsink of the CPU if you feeling lucky)
4. Put the cooler on and screw it thight in a criss cross pattern.

But remember! DON'T screw it on TOO THIGHT!

Just until you feel resistance.

KEEP IN MIND you need Isopropyl alcohol and paper towels which don't leave anyresidues behind.

Or do how I did it and look for some thermalpaste which includes a cloth for cleaning.

One more thing! Beside thermalpaste there is also liquid metal which over clocker use. This stuff is highly conductiv. As a beginner I wouldn't use that. It will damage heatsink and cooler slowly over time.

Thank you.I will keep you informed but it might take months tho,since its lockdown where I live,and I also got "blessed" with corona.
