I need to get more Memory (at the moment It's Corsair Vengeance LPX 32) but unsure about a couple of things ... 1) Does it need to be the same type (Co. / speed), 2) same amount?

The model No. I have I think is 163301 looking at CMK32GX4M2B320016W as I think the white would be nice.

It should be same frequency or higher, same memory timings as much as possible. Same voltage as much as possible.

Motherboard will pick the frequency all sticks support (if 2 sticks do 3200 Mhz and 2 do 3600, they'll all run at 3200 Mhz)

Motherboard will pick the timings all sticks support (the looser/higher ones, ex one supports 15-16-15 and other 16-18-16, all will work at 16-18-16)

Some motherboards will have difficulty keeping high frequency with 4 sticks of memory. For example, your motherboard may work with 2 sticks at 3600 Mhz, but may only be able to work at 3200 Mhz with 4 sticks, even if all sticks indendently or in sets of 2 can work at 3600 Mhz.

It depends on the quality of the motherboard, how well it was designed, and other things.

Also, ideally you shouldn't mix SS and DS sticks/pairs of sticks, but most 8GB or higher sticks are DS so it's probably not a big concern.
