Polyvalant laptop

Hi everyone

I am looking for a polyvalant laptop for some CAD and daily usage (internet, multimedia, ...), I do not play video games.

I am living in Canada, for a budget of 1500$ (excl. tax), here's what I found:

Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 (ce n'est pas precisé, mais l'écran est un IPS de 300nits)
https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/produc [...] n/14575588

Lenovo Legion 5
https://www.amazon.ca/Lenovo-1920x1 [...] B08BB9RWXD

I would like to know which of them is actually the best, and  if there are other options.

Thanks !

Ideapad slim and legion is a different type of notebook.

If you want slim officey simple look, Ideapad.

For gaming Legion 5.

Legion 5 is better in term of processing power as it sports 8 cores cpu, while the ideapad only 6.

The gpu is better on the bulkier Legion 5 it might have better cooling performance.

In term of durability, which one do you think is better ?

Do you have other choices to suggest ?
