Apps don't open "Explorer.EXE"

Some apps when i open it doesn't launch, I tried running it as administrator and this pops up (photo attached) and i end up uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Is there a fix in this on settings or something? I'm not familiar with this things. Thanks

From where you are trying to open and what? It says that shortcut doesn't have correct path. This usually means software is uninstalled or otherwise changed after shortcut was created. Explorer.exe is Windows file manager.

faceit anti cheat, msi afterburner, notepad++ these are the some apps i opened then that pops up. I didn't uninstall them just after installing then when i open my pc another time it pops up. thanks btw

Does it happen if you open them from install location? Have you tried to reinstall or repair install?

I tried to msi afterburner to reinstall it then it still happen after some time. I haven't tried to open them from install location though.
