Resolution problem.(I think)

Hello!
I've just bought a new card(Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2070 windforce 2x 8gb )and nearly all of my games looks bad and low res, without resolution scale on around 160%, while the resolution is on 1080p.Everything was fine with my last card (GTX 970). I'm playing from TV what is an old Full HD 60 Hz LG tv. Resolution scale will fuck up my FPS above 160%. Any idea what could i do? (Sorry for my english)
CPU: i7 4790
RAM: 16 GB
