No sound is outputting to sound device

I consider myself savvy with sound equipment, and running sound on a USB mixer, first thing I tried was checking ASIO. As that didn't fix anything, I went and go my old HyperX usb headset that generally is plug & play and that didn't work. The picture I linked is of my system volume mixer. I seems sound is outputting from software but not making it's way to the hardware device.

I am out of ideas.
